The theme is: Pheap Thon: Stories From the Khmer Diaspora. Pheap Thon (ភាពធន់), or "resilience" is the ability to recover from or adjust to struggle. Each story is unique!
We will accept submissions (up to 3 MAX per person) in any medium, such as: poems, short stories, photos, recipes, visual art, audio tracks, etc. Submissions should relate to the theme of "resilience." Text submissions should be in ENGLISH ONLY.

GENERAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please note that these are not hard, strict rules. But, depending on limitations, we may ask for a shorter version of your work to be linked to the full version. Poems - 1 to 2 pages each (if submitting 3 poems, then 3 pgs total) Prose - up to 2000 words Audio - 5 to 10 mins (send as a Soundcloud, Dropbox, or zip file) Recipes (1 recipe/pg) - same rule as poetry Photos - 1 to 3 This submission call is open to ANYONE. All submissions will be evaluated accordingly. Submitters must also give a 1-2 sentence bio and/or link to their other work (if they have one/would like to share).
